How a siding installation goes
We work spring through fall and shut down for winter in mid-December, so it helps to get on the schedule early.

What drives the price
We don't publish a flat price for siding, because no two houses are the same. What moves the number:
- The size of the house and how many walls, gables and corners it has
- Whether old siding has to come off first
- Windows, doors and other openings that need trim work
- The Variform profile and color you choose
- Whether the siding is bundled with a roof

What siding do you install?
PlyGem Variform vinyl siding. That is the product we use on our siding jobs. If you have a specific Variform style or color in mind, bring it up at the estimate and we will tell you whether it fits your house.
Can you do my roof and siding at the same time?
Yes. Roof and siding bundles are available when we are doing the whole exterior. You get one estimate and one schedule, and you can choose roof and siding colors together. Our own crew does the roof and the siding crew we work with does the siding.
Is your own crew installing the siding?
No. Our in-house crew does roofing. Siding is installed by a six-man siding crew we subcontract with. We set up the job and stay your point of contact throughout.
Is there a warranty on new siding?
We will spell it out in writing on your estimate.
