What we do on commercial buildings

Most of our work is on homes, and we bring the same approach to commercial roofs:

Free inspections, with photos and a written estimate

Many commercial buildings have low-slope or flat roofs. If that is what you have, our flat roofs page covers how those roofs fail and what we look for.

The same standards, on any building

Nothing about our basics changes when the building is a business instead of a house.

Licensed, insured, and bonded.
If something goes wrong on the job, you are not the one left holding it.
We climb the roof.
Mervin, one of the two brothers who own the company, gets up on the roof and does the inspections himself.
You see what we see.
We take photos and walk you through them, so you are not deciding on our word alone.
Written estimate.
The inspection and estimate are free.
No rushing.
A job gets the time it needs to be done right.

Why our number may not be the lowest

Commercial roofing draws a lot of low bids. Some come from operators with no insurance. Some come from companies that sub the whole job out to the cheapest labor they can find.

We will not be the lowest bid.

We will be insured, on schedule, and clear about what your roof needs.

That number covers real materials, a crew that is not rushed, and insurance that protects the building owner if there is an accident. We will explain what is in our estimate line by line, and you can compare it however you like.

How a commercial job goes

  1. Step 1

    Call or book online

Tell us about the building and any leaks you know of.

  2. Step 2

    Inspection

We get up on the roof, check the surface, seams, edges, flashing and drainage, and look for soft spots that point to a wet deck.

  3. Step 3

    Photos and findings

You get the pictures and our read on what is going on.

  4. Step 4

    Written estimate

Repair if repair makes sense. Replacement only if the roof is past that point.

  5. Step 5

    The work and cleanup

Scheduled around your business where we can.

Book My Free Inspection

Do you do free inspections on commercial roofs?

Yes. The same free inspection we offer homeowners applies here. We climb the roof, take photos, and give you a written estimate. If you only want to know the condition of the roof and are not ready for an estimate, that is fine too.

Are you insured for commercial work?

We are licensed, insured, and bonded. If you need paperwork for a property manager or landlord, ask when you book.

Can you just repair the leak instead of replacing the roof?

Often, yes. A failed seam, a loose edge or bad flashing at a wall can usually be fixed on its own. We will tell you if the roof is past repair, and show you the photos that back that up.

When can you schedule work?

We work spring through fall and shut down for the winter in mid-December. Call early in the season if you want a job done before winter.

Find Out What's Really Going On With Your Roof

Most roof problems start where you can't see them. Book a free inspection, and we'll climb up, take photos, and show you exactly what we find. No pressure, and no obligation to buy.
